1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing BajiPartner at bajipartner.pro, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding between you and BajiPartner.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the platform. Continued use of BajiPartner following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all users of BajiPartner including registered players, visitors and any person who accesses the platform through any device or method, including the BajiPartner mobile app.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on BajiPartner, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BajiPartner is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not already hold a BajiPartner account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration details including your full name, date of birth and contact information.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from BajiPartner.

BajiPartner reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Providing false information during registration will result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account. We take age verification seriously and apply checks as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Accounts created on behalf of another person, or shared between multiple users, are not permitted. Each player must operate their own individual account.

3 Account Management

Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing your login details with anyone else. BajiPartner staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by someone else who accesses your account with or without your permission. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.

Players may update their contact details through account settings. Changes to name or date of birth require documentation and must be submitted to support for review. BajiPartner reserves the right to suspend an account during the verification of any requested changes.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve months or more — may be subject to a dormancy review. Players will be notified before any action is taken on their account balance.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on BajiPartner are made in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. BajiPartner does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits are typically credited to your BajiPartner account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — current minimums are shown during the deposit process.
• Only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• BajiPartner reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment source if it cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

BajiPartner does not accept deposits made from credit facilities or borrowed funds. We encourage all players to deposit only money they can afford to lose as part of their entertainment budget.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified with the required identity documents.

• Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts in good standing.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• BajiPartner reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal before wagering is complete.

If BajiPartner has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, fraudulent play or a breach of these terms, withdrawal requests may be held for investigation. Players will be informed if their withdrawal is under review. Funds confirmed as legitimately won will be released once the review is completed.

BajiPartner does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times stated above are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or public holidays in Pakistan.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BajiPartner offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL and T20 international matches. All bonuses are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is shown on the promotion detail page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless BajiPartner explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. BajiPartner reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where patterns suggest systematic exploitation, matched betting, or abuse of promotional terms.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings from free bets can be retained, subject to stated wagering conditions.
• Bonuses apply to eligible games only. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

BajiPartner reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already qualified, any accrued but uncompleted bonus will be removed from accounts. Players who have already fully completed wagering requirements will not be affected.

7 Sports Betting Rules

BajiPartner offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including all Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other formats — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published in the betting section. For cricket, if fewer than the required number of overs are bowled, standard DLS and abandonment rules apply.
• BajiPartner reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement — for example, due to a data feed delay.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are shown in the betting section.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled result.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at BajiPartner's discretion.

BajiPartner takes match integrity seriously. Any bet suspected of being placed with prior knowledge of a fixed outcome, or as part of a syndicate exploiting pricing errors, may be voided and the account investigated. Cooperation with any official sporting integrity body is given without prior notice to the player involved.

8 Casino and Games

The BajiPartner Game Lobby includes slots, live dealer games, table games and bingo. All games operate using independently verified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, real cards and wheels operated by human dealers under controlled conditions.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game's RNG or live dealing process. BajiPartner has no ability to influence individual game results once a round has commenced.
• Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage and bet limits. These are available within the game interface or the help section of each game.
• Technical faults during a game session — such as a disconnection — are handled according to the game provider's own rules. In most cases, the game round will be completed and the result applied when you reconnect.
• Bingo sessions run on a fixed schedule. Tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session has started.
• BajiPartner reserves the right to suspend access to any game at any time for maintenance, compliance reasons or at the request of the game provider.

The live casino section features real-time streaming of dealer games including roulette, blackjack and baccarat. Video and audio quality depends partly on your internet connection. Interruptions caused by your connection are outside BajiPartner's control and do not entitle you to a refund of bets in progress.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BajiPartner and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes — any bets placed under these circumstances may be voided.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using BajiPartner to conceal the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including live poker or bingo.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals after funds have been used to wager. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
• Using a VPN, proxy or anonymising service to mask your location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Sharing account access with any third party for any purpose.

BajiPartner employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, BajiPartner may place a hold on withdrawals, request additional verification or close the account permanently without prior notice.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

BajiPartner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may cause harm to other players or the platform.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances not yet cleared through wagering will be removed.

If an account is closed by BajiPartner following a confirmed breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach. Players will be informed of the reason for closure unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Privacy and Data

BajiPartner collects and processes personal data as part of player registration, verification, payment processing and support communications. How your data is collected, stored and used is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to BajiPartner processing your personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings.

BajiPartner does not sell player data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and other providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

12 Responsible Gaming

BajiPartner is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control of their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount through your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time spent on the platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

BajiPartner provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical faults at all times. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data loss or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

BajiPartner is not responsible for losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or wager on casino games. All wagering on BajiPartner carries financial risk and you are solely responsible for the bets you choose to place. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted, BajiPartner's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

BajiPartner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their account.

Continued use of BajiPartner after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
